Sellaro matches the product, listing, and pricing information provided for your seller account with your own items. This keeps SKUs, offers, current prices, and inventory visible in their operational context.
Sellaro helps authorized Amazon Selling Partner and Amazon Business users integrate their own data into inventory, commerce, finance, and analytics workflows. All access is account-specific, purpose-limited, and revocable.
The availability of individual features depends on Amazon approval, account type, region, and permissions granted by the user. Sellaro requests only the roles required for the enabled service.
For Selling Partners
The following services use only data from the relevant authorized seller account and provide it only to that user.
Sellaro matches the product, listing, and pricing information provided for your seller account with your own items. This keeps SKUs, offers, current prices, and inventory visible in their operational context.
Inventory and order data from the authorized account is integrated into Sellaro's inventory and sales workflows. Status changes and quantities remain limited to the relevant account.
Payouts, fees, and other financial events provided are matched with your own sales, making discrepancies and realized results traceable.
Aggregated analytics metrics provided for your own authorized seller account are organized by product and period. Sellaro does not use them to create cross-account benchmarks or publish insights into Amazon's business.
Where enabled and permitted, Sellaro supports handling buyer inquiries and approved message or review requests in accordance with applicable Amazon communication policies.
For Business Buyers
Sellaro prepares the authorized company's purchasing data for internal analysis and receipt reconciliation. The data is not aggregated into market data products or resold.
Authorized business buyers can analyze their own purchasing data by period, category, supplier, and cost structure. This view supports the connected company's internal procurement and spend analysis.
Orders, receipts, charges, and refunds from the authorized Amazon Business account are reconciled with purchase transactions recorded in Sellaro. Missing matches and amount discrepancies are flagged for manual review.
Authorization process
The connection uses Amazon's authorization flow. Sellaro does not request Seller Central or Amazon Business passwords.
Access is limited to the enabled features and connected account. Permissions can be revoked through Amazon.
Data is integrated into your own inventory, commerce, finance, and analytics workflows. Its source and account association are preserved.
Sellaro processes data in accordance with the principle of data minimization and the requirements of the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
Amazon data is used exclusively to provide the Sellaro features you enable for your authorized account.
Data from different authorized users, companies, or their customers is not combined and made available to other parties or competing sellers.
Sellaro does not publish or share insights into Amazon's business or use such insights for its own business purposes.
Amazon data is deleted upon request in accordance with applicable Amazon Data Protection Policies. Any legally required retention remains limited to the prescribed purpose.
